Can I pay the deposit with my card?
At the moment, deposits are accepted through Zelle, Cash App , Apple Cash and Venmo only.
Once we receive your deposit, your charter date will be officially secured.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your charter, before departure at the dock.
What amenities and services are included in the charter price?
Our pricing covers everything listed below — absolutely no hidden fees:
* Pick-up & drop-off service
* Fuel
* Captain & steward
* Cooler stocked with water and ice
* Floating mat
* Bluetooth sound system
* Air conditioning

Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable.
However, rescheduling your charter date may be possible depending on availability and with prior notice.
Is there a maximum number of guests allowed?
Yes. For safety and legal compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations, groups exceeding 13 guests are required to book an additional boat.

What time does the charter begin?
Your charter starts at the pick-up time selected by you and stated in your signed agreement.
Please make sure to arrive on time, as delays will not extend the duration of your charter.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?

You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages to enjoy during your charter.
Can we stop at a restaurant during the charter?
All charters depart from a marina located on the Miami River and include a full cruise through the river.
You may choose to:
* Cruise through the Miami River and Biscayne Bay
* Exit the river and anchor at Hobie Beach or Marine Stadium
* Pass by Star Island

Can we stop at a restaurant?
Yes, restaurant stops along the Miami River are available.
Please note that any docking fees charged by the restaurant are separate and not included in the charter price.
